grantis to investments abroad, in joint ventures, international
transactions, he can assist clients in all stages of identifying,
clearing, prosecuting and maintaining Italian, EU, World Bank
Institutions and other foreign fundings which give loans or free
contributions to investments, in addition to counselling clients
in commercial matters.He also has extensive experience in corporate
law, sale agreements leasing and outsourcing.

Germano has extensive experience representing clients in opening
new corporates in other countries, he is lecturer and speakers
in several Association of companies and enterprises of Italy,
in Padova, Trieste, Trento, Vicenza,Verona, Venezia, Udine, Verona
(Italy) and his experience in teaching makes him a great communicator.
Germano has been teaching public, commercial law and economy before
following highly regarded entities, organizing masters:CUOA in
Vicenza [www.cuoa.it], FOREMA in Padova [www.forema.it] after
public competition and wrote several articles concerning company
law, labour law, tax law and other international matters in highly
regarded review "Commercio Internazionale", IPSOA Editor.
Several times Germano has assisted economic missions of Italian
