We are sure you have awareness of the current economic conditions of USA and Canada markets, which have generated uncertainness on expansion. Because of this fact, we have had to eliminate certain positions. Sadly, your position, in connection with agreement, is one of those to be eliminated, having been had your agreement the implied warranty that the agency should be fit for a purpose of promotion and expansion of our business.

We hope that as economic conditions improve we will be able to consider you for another agreement. We wish you every success in finding a new agency and we extend our thanks for the good work you have done for us.

Actually, We wish to let the agency agreement expire on ……….., in accordance with duration term of section …, article …... With reference to such term, we remind that our action shall be considered taken "seasonably", since it is taken by means of a prior notice of six months, within duration time agreed or within a reasonable time arising from our trading usage.

We have enjoyed working with you. Thus, this expiry notice has been delivered as a reasonable notification to be received by you, only with the aim of suspending (terminating) your legal authority to act for us beginning from aforementioned date.

We are always at your disposal for any information. Meanwhile, we hope to inaugurate New Year with a general improvement of general economy.
